About

The Mahagun Mezzaria Project, located at Plot No GH-01/A, Sector - 78, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh is a project for construction of a multi-storeyed apartment. The project is being developed by M/s Nexgen Infracon Private Limited (A Mahagun Group Company) having its registered office at B-66 (1st Floor), Vivek Vihar, Delhi-110095 and Zonal Office at B-44, 4th Floor, Tower-B, ‘The Corenthum’, Plot No. A-41, Sector 62, Noida-201301, U.P.

Mahagun Mezzaria Flat Buyers Welfare Association is a welfare association. Currently the project is under construction and the Association shall be responsible for the welfare activities of its members during the construction period of the project ( i.e., before it is handed over to its members ) as well as after it is handed over to its members. Its membership is restricted to the actual buyer of a unit in Mahagun Mezarria Project. Currently, the Association has more than 200 members.

The Mezzaria Flat Buyers Welfare Association shall be NOT FOR PROFIT Organisation and its activities shall be carried from the contribution from its members and the charges for providing welfare and other activities.
